#29in29 Day 3

This photo challenge is fun, now I'm looking for opportunities. Like this sunrise on my commute to work this morning. It is rare to see the Three Sisters mountains as they are usually shrouded in fog or the pollen and dust is so dense they're just not visible. Needless to say, I didn't want to go to work today.

Sunrise was 7:42am this morning. I am at work already. I have to leave home before 7am. Looks cold and crisp.

    1. Wow, it must be even colder before 7am. It was cold and crisp but I could have kept on riding.

    1. My commute makes for a great ride and I see some fantastic views, sunrises and sunsets. It is the only reason why I go to work.

    1. I don't always stop as I know photos just won't show up, do the scene justice or I know I'll miss the opportunity as the earth rotates quite quickly. However, I've also been late to work while I wait for the sun to make its daily appearance.

  4. Beautiful images, Brad!
Love the golden glow on the mountains. The mountains have been stunning this week. I get a view of Hood and Jefferson when I'm in Salem.

And even better - the great weather is staying for days! Yay!!

    1. This is my busiest time of year at work and I just can't get away otherwise I'd be sneaking out for extended lunch breaks to enjoy this short stint of gorgeous weather.
